Attend this session as we share how New Page (now part of Verso) at Luke, Maryland is planning to use data models via Asset Framework (AF) and Asset Analytics (calculations and event frames) for center-lining and costing. Although we have altered the data to maintain confidentiality, we will discuss our AF element and calculation templates, and the rationale behind our plans to present costing screens to operators. We will also discuss a second data model to monitor control loops. Both are work in progress using the PI System in a sandbox environment which has been effective in learning the new PI System 2014's capabilities.
