The Business Intelligence Operational Data Console (CPLView) is designed to share, discover, and analyze the information Chevron Pipe Line (CPL) management needs to drive business value. With Business Intelligence, users are empowered with the right process insights enabling them to make informed decisions and move the business forward to the World Class performance. CPLView was developed by the Control Center Advanced Analytics Team (CCAAT) to bring operational, commercial, and analytical information to Chevron Pipe Line management, field teams, and joint ventures in real-time. CPLView is a stand-alone self-contained WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) application viewable in a web browser and built on XAML platform in .NET managed code environment. CPLView leverages the power of PI Asset Framework and has been configured to read and display data from the PI Data Archive, spreadsheets, Share Point, websites, and other external data sources.
CPLView Business Intelligence Dashboard delivers: a virtual real-time dashboard with tiered visualizations customized for a broad user base the includes built in analytic tools which have been used to successfully monitor and identify changes in equipment performance analytical tools for evaluating performance bottlenecks and potential areas for cost reduction, improvement opportunities and performance enhancements, operational data trending, and exporting capabilities Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), capacity utilization, and downtime Leak Detection performance and sensitivity evaluation The collaboration between Control Center and Field Operations continues to be enriched as additional users visualize data via CPLView, which is becoming a leading resource in the data-driven decision making toolbox. The success of CPLView has spawned the development of additional PI Business Intelligence tools for system diagnostics and measurement systems."

Christine Frazier-Hollins
Christine Frazier-Hollins has served as an Operations Engineer on the Control Center Advanced Analytics Team for Chevron Pipe Line since 2013 where her primary focus is on the development of Business Intelligence Tools for Pipe Line Operations and in the delivery and development of performance metrics. Prior to joining Chevron Pipe Line Frazier-Hollins enjoyed an eleven year career at Praxair, Inc. where she worked in various roles supporting pipeline operations and productivity. Frazier-Hollins is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware.

Andre Alexander is a Control Center Advanced Analytics Team Lead with Chevron Pipe Line Company and has over 25 years of experience in nuclear and petrochemical process simulation, real-time data management, facility engineering, and training. Alexander is leading development and implementation of the CPL Control Center technology and operations vision to deliver World Class performance and Operational Excellence to establish CPL as an industry pacesetter in advanced applications, loss of containment prediction and prevention, assets integrity, and control room management. Prior to joining Chevron, Alexander worked for Telvent and Schneider Electric. Alexander has a M.S. in Nuclear Engineering and M.B.A. from Texas A&M.
