The presentation details how LEO Pharma are implementing a global PI Data Infrastructure across 6 production sites. LEO has initiated an ambitious plan of Digitalizing the Production to meet future challenges, which includes establishing a common Production Data Platform, thereby unlocking the potential for e.g. yield optimizations and process improvements.
We will follow the project from the initial considerations, to a pilot system implementation, through the current state of the ongoing project, and end with our future expectations for the completed setup. It will be a full walk through of a greenfield setup of a central historian system covering 6 plants, highlighting the importance of a tight scope on building the Data Warehouse, not on using data. AF/EF flexibility enables this decoupling, decisions on server landscapes, Qualification Approach, Source Systems, Rollout, AF/EF setup, Lifecycle and Stakeholder management.
