Ronald Bechaalany
Ronald is a Systems Engineer at OSIsoft. His role is to help customers achieve their business needs by getting the most value out of the PI System. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering (American University of Beirut - 2004) and has a solid background in Software Development and Solutions, with emphasis on real-time database systems and data warehouses. He started his career working for a Web Development Company on custom web applications, Enterprise Applications and Database Systems. Since then he has worked for over 8 years on implementing and managing several OSIsoft PI System projects for different industries like Oil & Gas, Power Generation, T & D, Mining and Petrochemicals.

Husain Al-Shaikh
Husain is a Systems Engineer at OSIsoft. His role is to help customers understand the value of PI system and how they can get as much value as possible out of the PI System. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Chemical Engineering (KFUPM 2011). He worked for BAPCO for 4 months as a Refinery operation Planner Trainee. He worked as a Technical Sales Engineer in Sulzer Chemtech Middle East S.P.C. for almost 2 years which designs and manufacture column internals such as (trays, packings, distributors, collectors, feed inlet devices, mist eliminators etc.). His job was to evaluate the customer enquiries and design the column internals such that it meets the specification required and then evaluate the costing and decide on the price to the proposal. Then he moved to Aspen Technology Company as Business Consultant for a period of 2 years. His job was to support the sales process from technical point of view for simulation software (Aspen Plus/ Aspen HYSYS/ Aspen EDR/...) before he joined OSIsoft.
