Presentation: Air Regulations Impacting the Pipeline Industry

US pipeline operating companies and trade associations including INGAA and GMRC rely on Jim McCarthy's understanding of federal, state and international air quality regulations to inform their compliance programs. OSIsoft invited Jim to present to our pipeline user group a version of the Air Quality Update he gives at the GMRC Gas Machinery Conference every year. This presentation gives an overview of current and pending engine emissions compliance rules with a focus on the role of real time data collection and reporting.
