Erwin Gove
Erwin Gove, who works on the Smart Connector and Advanced Meter Infrastructure Initiatives at OSIsoft, graduated Cal Poly with Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science. Erwin started his engineering career as a thermal performance engineer where he was involved in managing and developing system and component monitoring, data acquisition and analysis. Erwin also got involved in the electrical power generation industry. As a consultant working for PG&E he was involved in the development and deployment of large scale performance monitoring systems. Erwin was instrumental in the founding of Industrial Peer-to-Peer, Inc. At Industrial Peer-to-Peer his responsibilities included all aspects of running a software business. Most importantly he co-developed a sophisticated data acquisition, control and archival product called Distributed Network Architecture. In 1999 Industrial Peer-to-Peer assets were acquired by InStep Software, LLC. Erwin continued their work at InStep where they evolved their product known today as eDNA. Erwin came to OSIsoft in November, 2007.

Michelle Kuiee
Michelle Kuiee holds the distinction of being the first PI System Manager. Michelle has experience in virtually every area of the company including Engineering, Field Service, IT, Technical Support, Training, Business Development and most recently in the Center of Excellence. After completing her first PI installation in 1985, she has gained expertise using all but a few of our products. Before joining OSIsoft in 1990, she worked for Hawaiian Independent Refinery, where she was responsible for Refinery Information Systems.
