Adding a New Dimension to PI and AF Data
Visiant Pimsoft of Italy offers a collection of AF-based solutions: innovative AF-based solutions such as Intelligent Movement Management (process industries), a KPI definition/calculation engine, and an AF to RtWebPart environment. This presentation will introduce an all-new 3-Dimensional navigation environment for PI and AF data. The plugin uses an advanced 3D engine, proprietary to Visiant, initially developed for high-end automobile navigation systems, and now successfully applied to PI data. Navigating through complex AF models is made easy in the 3D environment.

Douglas Coene
Mr. Coene is a graduate of Chemical Engineering from McMaster University in Hamilton, Canada. He began his career with Imperial Oil and Molson Canada, working in production management and logistics. Mr. Coene was with OSIsoft's Montreal office as a product specialist before returning to school for an M.B.A. at HEC Montreal. He is now the Marketing Manager for Visiant Pimsoft and works in their Milan, Italy offices.

Massimo Galli Galli
Mr. Galli is the Operations Director and a founding partner of Visiant Pimsoft and works from their Milan, Italy offices. He holds a Degree in Computer Science from the Università degli Studi di Milano. Mr. Galli has been involved in IT strategy and in the proposal and delivery of value-added solutions for the process industries for over 15 years, with particular experience applying OSIsoft technologies and platforms.
