The PI System tools are used in various ways at Consolidated Edison in engineering and operations. ConEd increased the PI System user adoption by working with internal customers to explore the capabilities and features of the PI System tools. The development of notifications, displays/dashboards, and calculations helped improve understanding and response time for pre-planning, operational support, and post-event analysis.
