.NET Experiences
Two experienced C developers will relate their journey in switching from C and Visual Basic, to the new Microsoft .NET development environment, framework, and the C# language. They will discuss the features of .NET that make it a powerful tool for developing the PI Application Framework, and will highlight the pitfalls and stumbling blocks they have found along the way. Additionally, they will focus on what they encountered calling the PI-SDK and PI-API from the .NET languages.
