Admins to your site from your organization will manage who has access to your unique OSIsoft Customer Portal and what permissions each individual will have.
We are updating our security access policy to be in compliance with new data privacy regulations and customers' security requests.
Different profiles within OSIsoft Customer Portal grant different levels of access. There are four profiles available. Each company will have at least one Admin to ensure that you are in complete control on who has access to your OSIsoft Customer Portal to create and manage cases, download products and request services on your behalf.
As a part of OSIsoft's security access policy, effective March 4th, OSIsoft is changing our current Tech Support Authorization (TSA) process. The same email address cannot access multiple customer organizations' OSIsoft Customer Portal. Please work with your customers to assess the access you need in each of their OSIsoft Customer Portals, agree on associated email address and obtain SSO's appropriately tied to those unique email addresses after March 4th. Site Admins can grant you access immediately at launch.
Everyone can see who is on their team for every site they are associated with.
Adding users as a site admin is as easy as filling out a form with contact information.
If you are an Admin for multiple sites, you can create users for any site you are an Admin for. Each user only has one profile that applies to all sites.
