WEBINAR
In this talk I'll explain how psychological and social incentives make our judgment less accurate, damaging our ability to figure out which risks are worth taking, set ambitious goals that are still achievable, and introspect about our own strengths and weaknesses. I'll explain how inaccuracy sometimes helps us in the short run but hurts us (and our teams) in the longer run. I'll also describe strategies for improving our judgment by changing our incentives to become better decision makers and effective professionals.
