Dans cette session, vous verrez comment il est possible d'accéder rapidement à diverses données provenant de sources d'IoT existantes et nouvelles afin de proposer des tableaux de bords intelligents et en temps réel accessible à l'échelle de l'entreprise. Qu'en est-il du rapport de conformité mensuel ? PI System vous permet d'actualiser rapidement les rapports et d'être informés sur les écarts de conformité avant qu'ils ne posent problème.

L'opération minière est le premier maillon de notre chaîne de valeurs, un milieu de géants où chaque effort d'optimisation est susceptible de nous apporter de grands bénéfices. Les processus de forage, dynamitage, chargement et transport doivent travailler de pair pour fournir le minerai nécessaire pour alimenter le reste de la chaîne. La numérisation de la gestion des opérations minières (SGO) nous permet maintenant de mesurer nos performances et cibler nos goulots d'étranglement en temps réel. Grâce au PI System, les données de nos systèmes miniers (forage, répartition, planification, etc.) sont réunies sous une seule et unique plateforme qui permet de les contextualiser et de les transformer en information puis éventuellement en actions concrètes. Le SGO devient donc un pilier important dans notre transformation digitale et notre démarche d'intégration de nos opérations.

Il nous est demandé d'utiliser des équipements toujours plus longtemps, rapidement et intensivement avec moins de ressources et en réduisant les défaillances au minimum. La maintenance conditionnelle (CBM) se base sur une approche orientée données pour optimiser les performances de vos actifs et les planifications de maintenance. Découvrez comment le PI System peut être utilisé pour la CBM via une simple configuration glisser-déplacer. Configurez des représentations numériques de vos actifs, calculez des indicateurs de performance clés (KPI), et envoyez même des notifications ou démarrez des flux de travail de maintenance en fonction de l'état réel de vos actifs. Le PI System est au cœur du projet de maître équarrisseur et du programme de maintenance préventive. Sanimax a entrepris le chantier de maître équarrisseur, le PI Système est une pièce maîtresse de ce chantier puisqu’il permet l’archivage de 10 000 variables de procédé, des données de laboratoire et mesure de la qualité du produit fini. L’archivage des données avec l’arborescence de PI AF permet de créer des tableaux de bord avec PI Vision pour le suivi des opérations des usines. Le PI système permet aussi grâce aux analyses de PI AF, de créer des événements pour le suivi de paramètres critiques d’opération et de notifier les superviseurs d’opérations et de la qualité. Le PI Système a permis d’automatiser les tournées avec PI Manual Logger pour éliminer le papier et les entrées manuelles dans Excel en permettant de les afficher en temps réel sur les tableaux de bord et les moniteurs accessibles dans les bureaux de supervision. Pour le projet de maintenance, le PI système permet l’archivage des données de température, de pression, de vibration et de créer des événements pour développer un programme d’entretien préventif. Le PI Système avec la mise à niveau de l’infrastructure réseau va nous permettre l’emploi des nouvelles technologies d’analyse avancée de « machine » ou « process learning » pour une gestion efficace en temps réel de la gestion des opérations et de la maintenance préventive.

Les Big Data, Data Lakes, le Machine Learning et l'intelligence artificielle ouvrent la voie à de nouvelles perspectives et réponses aux rendements. Mais la première réussite n'est parfois due qu'à une amélioration mineure des données dont vous disposez déjà.
