Mining operations including Load & Haul is the first link in our value chain, a world of giants where every optimization effort is likely to bring great benefits. Drilling, blasting, loading and transportation processes must work together to provide the ore needed to supply the rest of the chain. The Digitization of Mining Operations Management now allows us to measure our performance and target our bottlenecks in real time. Thanks to the PI System, the data of our mining systems (drilling, distribution, planning, etc ...) are gathered under a single platform which allows us to contextualize them and transform them into information and then into concrete actions. The data driven decision process thus becomes an important pillar in our digital transformation and our process of integrating our operations.
