Dalkia uses PI suite to manage the energetic efficiency of district heating networks. Thousands of data comes from every sensor of power plants and substations of district heating systems, Rezonance, Dalkia’s new tool, built with PI Datalink, Pi AF and PI Vision, helps operators to improve the efficiency using all of them in the same time. All the displays are available for the operators on site and for the analysts in the DESC (Dalkia Energy Saving Center) and allow us to have a global view of all indicators of the installations. Power, Pressures, flows and temperatures are now managed in the same time and we can also read thermal losses, water speed in the pipes and efficiency, in live. Rezonance also helps us to use renewable energy at their maximum possibilities against fossil fuels.
