Create applications to monitor PI Analysis Service. In this live coding session, we will learn how to query analyses runtime information from PI Analysis Service via new AF SDK calls. These queries will be used to build a lightweight application which provides at glance information about health of the running analyses. The same concepts can be used to build more sophisticated service monitoring applications such as modern dashboards.

David Pugal is a Software Development Lead at OSIsoft, responsible for AF Asset Analytics. Prior to joining OSIsoft in 2012, David spent 7 years working on EU integrated e-Customs solutions based on Enterprise Java technologies with Cybernetica AS. David holds a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from University of Tartu and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Nevada, Reno.
