BP is on a journey to use digital capability to improve operating performance. One part of their approach is the development of analytics in PI AF, and deployment of this capability to end users supporting BP’s operating assets.
This presentation will provide an overview of how the PI AF analytics project fits within BP’s digital framework, and how the project team’s agile approach is currently delivering analytics in a systematic manner. The presentation will outline the BP’s project design approach using PI AF, and how this enables opportunities for deployment at pace, and supports a culture of centrally controlled continuous improvement measures, fully supported by end users.
