Scott will share ADM’s journey from its initial PI implementation through the completion of its enterprise agreement. ADM’s use of the PI System has evolved throughout the years as it realized the power of data to improve its process operations. Eventually, the desire to transform process data to information that was applicable to all levels of the company culminated in the pursuit of an enterprise agreement. Scott will explain the events and motivation leading up to the enterprise agreement and discuss the methods used to convince upper management that the enterprise agreement was a good fit for ADM’s long term goals.
